The single ply cradle system produced by SIPE Tecnologie is entirely build with top quality materials of certified European origin, and ensures an astonishing fabric feeding (from the cradle to the cutting system) for both elastic and rigid fabrics.

The electronic dancer bar installed on this cradle, together with a precise inverter, check the fabric speed from the cradle to the cutting system without creating any tension on the fabric. The infrared edge control perfectly regulates the fabric release operation in order that it reaches the cutting system perfectly aligned. The strong point of SIPE’s automatic cradle system is that it is delivered already tested and ready to work with any kind of cutting system: the cradle in fact does not require any type of connection with the cutting machine. Very easy-to-use, this machine does not require any instruction and can be used by any operator of the factory. With an optional accessory, the cradle is also able to spread rolls of fabric wrapped upside down.

SIPE’s elevator lifts fabric rolls from the floor to the spreader cradle and vice versa facilitating the loading and unloading operations.

The concave shaped platform holds fabric rolls up to 200 kg in weight and 100 cm in diameter. A gentle passage of the fabric roll to the tilted spreader cradle is ensured by the automatic tilting of the platform at the upper position. Fast and smooth on its movements, the elevator is ideal for time saving during the roll change. Intuitive and clear operator panel for its easy handling. The safety system ensures automatic stop of the platform in presence of obstacles. The loading system and the manual or motorized transfer table on rails can be moved together with the addition of an optional joint-kit and of guide rails to be installed on the floor.
